Ava – 14 Days Old | Baton Rouge, LA Newborn and Baby Photographer

I have been having such great luck lately with sweet, sleepy, peaceful babies and Miss Ava was definitely no exception. She was a perfect little doll for her session (minus a little mishap on a brand new used-to-be-white blanket… 😉 ) and let me photograph her in and on everything I had planned out for her. Her mama gave me free reign with the colors for the session and I thought I would stick to some more traditional soft pink and creams for her and added a little pop of purple here and there. I think her whole gallery of pictures came out so lovely and dainty and girly. <3 Her parents and grandma (who happened to be in town for her session!) are just totally smitten with this little one and I loved hearing their “oohs” and “aahs” when I would position her into different poses. I’m probably over sharing from her session but I just couldn’t narrow it down any more. 🙂 Here are a few of my favorites from Ava’s newborn session….
