This little doll’s mama contacted me about signing up for a baby plan session starting at 3 months. After looking through some newborn portraits on my website, she asked if I thought it would be possible to do newborn-style portraits even though Miss Tanner was older than my typical newborn and I told her we could give it a try! And I’m so glad that we did! She was absolutely perfect!! Older “newborns” don’t always do this well but I do get lucky every now and then. 😉 We added Tanner’s big brother in for a few pictures and he did just as well as his sister. He is one *proud* brother. Here are a few of my favorites from Tanner’s newborn session….
Well, with the whole tragedy of the flooding in the area these last few weeks, it looks like I’ve managed to forget about blogging all of these adorable sessions! I have to admit, it’s been a nice escape from reality to go back through all of these images to choose some of my favorites to share with you all.
I met these two little dolls a few weeks ago. They were such sweet ones for me and made photographing twins seem pretty easy peasy. 😉 Emmitt and Emerson were just shy of 7 weeks old when they came to visit me. As is the case with a lot of twins, they both spent a little extra time in the NICU before going home as happy, healthy little babies. Sweet Emmitt had to spend a little extra time there but is so happy to be back with his sister and LOVES snuggling with her.
I have way too many favorites from this session but I tried to narrow it down to just 20 or 30. 😉
I first met this sweet girl when I photographed her as a tiny little 10 day old newborn. (You can see her newborn session here.) She came back to see me a few weeks ago for her 1 year session. Already!!! Time sure does fly by! She is just the cutest little thing and has grown so much. She is already on the move and would much rather be running around with her big brother than sitting still for pictures. 😉 As per usual, the cake smash at the end of the session managed to keep her in one place for at least a few minutes! Ha! Here are a few of my favorites from Miss Avery’s session….The cutest little facial expressions!!This was the CUTEST outfit – a favorite of mine and mama’s but Avery was *done* at this point. At least we got a couple of shots! 😉
