Sweet Miss Ava came back to see me for her 1 year session! She wasn’t feeling 100% for her session but you wouldn’t know it by the time we got to her cake smash! 😉 And she still managed to give us some super sweet big smiles! Her big sister Addison who is one of my past JOY Plan clients came along for a few shots as well and did a really great job at helping us wrangle Ava – for a little while….. Sometimes it’s more fun to just jump on the beanbag instead. 😉 Addison did manage to sneak in a few bites of cake while mom was cleaning Ava off at the end so I think she was pretty happy. Ha!
A few years ago I got to photograph a tiny little baby boy named Drew. He was one of my first 3o or so newborns and must have been pretty good for me since I decided to stick with this whole newborn photography thing. A few weeks ago, that tiny baby boy walked in to my studio as a brand new proud big brother of baby Eli. <3 Eli was such a great little sleeper for me and let me get lots of sweet setups. His mama wanted to do something a little different for his newborn session so she brought a tiny tonka truck for us to pose him in. I think it turned out pretty cute. 🙂 At the end of the session, we had big brother Drew come in to do a few pictures with him and he couldn’t have done any better! He is so gentle with him and such a proud big brother! Here are a few of my favorites from his session….
The second this sweet guy walked (or was carried) into the studio, he was flashing that giant smile! What a fun baby to photograph! He is such a happy, laid back cutie pie and made my day so much fun. I photographed Cohen as a tiny newborn and even used some of his sweet pictures on my sample products. I should have known he would be just as easy for his 6 month session. 🙂 We did a couple of the same setups from his newborn session so we could use them as his progression pictures and then we did some other fun, cutesy things as well. 🙂 Here are a few of my favorites from Cohen’s 6 month session. I can’t wait to see him again when he’s a big ol’ happy 1 year old!
