Mila: 14 Days Old | New Orleans, LA Newborn Portrait Session

I had so much fun photographing this little one’s mama while she was pregnant so I was super excited to get to meet and photograph Mila! She couldn’t have been any sweeter! We styled her session with all of the girly color and feminine accessories and I just adore how sweet everything came out. She was the perfect sleepy little model and has the BEST hair! Abigail | New Orleans, LA Maternity Portrait Session

I got to meet this GORGEOUS mama back in August to photograph her growing baby belly! She was absolutely so much fun to work with and looked beautiful is all of the looks that we did for her session. We did a mixture of some more casual looks as well as some super glam looks and she pulled both off really well! Abigail also was one of my lucky mamas whose maternity portrait was shown in my feature that was played in New York’s Times Square! I can’t wait to blog her little guy’s newborn session to share with you all as well. For now, take a look through some of my favorites from her maternity session….

This pregnant mama is photographed in two different classic black maternity gowns for some black and white shots and silhouette shots. She was also photographed in a glamorous indigo blue silk tossing fabric for a more dramatic look.

Milani: 1 Year Old | Baton Rouge, LA Baby Photographer

I got to meet this sweet little doll back in August to photograph her 1 year portraits! She was such a sweet little model and was so much fun to photograph! Her mama brought some of the sweetest little girly outfits for her and Miss Milani had so much fun playing dress up! Just look how adorable she is in that oversized hat! (I always recommend bringing accessories like hats and jewelry for older babies to help keep them interested in a setup!) Here are some of my favorites from her session….

Parker: 1 Year Old | Denham Springs, LA Baby Photographer

This little cutie pie came back to visit me for his final JOY Plan session back in August! He always brings his best smiles and this session was no exception. 🙂 His mama brought an antique white bowl that we fit him in as a newborn so we could recreate a similar setup at this session. It really puts into perspective how much they grow during their first year! We paired his other outfits with some cute geometric print backdrops and a couple of classic solids for an assortment of different looks and I just adore how they came out! Gianna: 9 Days Old | Baton Rouge, LA Newborn Sesssion

I got to meet this little doll’s mama when she came to model some of my new maternity wardrobe so I was SUPER excited to get to photograph her as well. Guys….look at that HAIR! We styled her session with pinks, purples, and girly accents and she just couldn’t have been any more perfect – flashing a couple of sweet grins throughout. Gianna has a big brother and big sister who are completely smitten with her and were so sweet snuggling up with her for a few pictures. 🙂 I can’t wait to photograph this sweet girl again in a few weeks for her next JOY Plan session.
