Sweet little Beau was my very first newborn to photograph. His mom was so sweet to let me “practice” on her new little one when he was only 10 days old. He was such a great little model for me – he slept through most of the session and let me put him in all kinds of different positions and setups. After his session I remember thinking, “This is what I love. This is what I want to do.” I’ve been obsessed with photographing new little babies ever since then. About a week ago, I had the pleasure of photographing Beau for his one year pictures and I just had to recreate one of the setups from his very first session. I love how it shows how much he’s grown throughout this year. Thank you, Katie and Nick, for giving me the opportunity to work with Beau through this whole year. I’ve truly enjoyed getting to watch him grow and watching his little personality show through. More pictures to follow (after mom has had a chance to view them all) but for now, I’ll share his before and after picture. 🙂
